SHIPPING + RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCEDURE POLICY ?
Within 24 hours of your order being shipped from our fulfillment centre, you will receive an email with tracking information containing your shipping details. If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don’t get it because you’re not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be your responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS ?
Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. Simply get in touch with us on the provided email link and we will arrange for it to be collected and shipped back to the warehouse. On receipt, we will refund you, no questions asked. But don’t worry, we know you are going to love it! Returns will be refunded for the product costs only and are subject to a fee for the cost of return shipping.
DOES SNUG BUD® HAVE A WARRANTY ?
We are very proud of our quality and safety standards, and are confident to offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on the sling bag itself, as well as a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on the hot water bottle providing all manufacturer's instructions have been adhered to. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the complete warranty wording. Like all warranties, it does not cover abnormal wear or damage that occurs through abuse, accident, neglect or failure to follow the instructions or warnings contained in the user guide.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES ?
Our prices to certain countries outside of the UK may NOT include VAT, GST or other country taxes. This means that for certain countries you pay all customs duties and taxes. For customers required to pay customs, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier, or your local customs authorities. A payment from you will be requested in order for your order to clear customs. Unfortunately, there is no short cut or legal way to bypass customs. Once payment is arranged, your order will be processed for final delivery.
